Terms of Service

Alessandro Content Factory is a desktop content workflow operated by Alessandro Zoncada in Italy. It helps authorized users prepare, review and, where supported, publish content to third-party social media accounts that they control or are authorized to manage.

By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must have the legal capacity and all permissions necessary to connect and manage any third-party account used with the service.

The service may connect to third-party platforms such as TikTok and Instagram through their official developer tools. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, permissions, availability and technical restrictions. Alessandro Content Factory does not control those platforms and cannot guarantee continued access to their APIs or features.

You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the content you approve and publish. The service may require explicit human approval before a publishing action is performed. You must review content before authorizing publication.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant the service only the limited rights necessary to process content and perform the actions you request. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, platform rules or applicable law.

You must not use the service to:

• access or manage accounts without authorization;
• circumvent platform restrictions, reviews or technical safeguards;
• publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive content;
• interfere with the service, connected platforms or other users;
• extract, misuse or disclose access credentials or authentication tokens.

The service may be modified, suspended or discontinued, in whole or in part, including when required by changes to third-party APIs, platform policies, security requirements or applicable law. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

The service is a content-production and publishing workflow. It does not guarantee reach, views, followers, leads, sales, engagement, ranking, approval by a third-party platform, or any other commercial or platform outcome.

Information about the handling of personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy available on the official website. Third-party platforms may process data independently under their own privacy policies.

The software, workflow, branding and original materials that make up Alessandro Content Factory remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its underlying software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated in these Terms. Alessandro Zoncada is not responsible for outages, suspensions, rejected posts, account restrictions or other actions caused by third-party platforms, nor for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Access may be suspended or terminated where necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service and disconnect third-party accounts at any time.

These Terms may be updated when the service, legal requirements or third-party platform requirements change. The effective date shown above indicates the current version.

These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory protections that may apply under the law of the user's country of residence.
